In August 2017, citizens were invited to provide feedback on a revised application for the Oakridge Co-Op redevelopment. This feedback was used to inform the second detailed review of the application and was shared with us as the applicant.

The City has reviewed the feedback received through the public engagement program and this was used to help inform the review of the application.
The City will be sharing the final application, the results of public engagement and how they made their decision in an upcoming information session.
The application will then proceed to Calgary Planning Commission and then to City Council for a decision. Currently, we are targeting a date in November for Calgary Planning Commission and winter 2018 for a Public Hearing of City Council.
All input gathered through all phases of engagement will also be used in reports provided to Calgary Planning Commission and City Council.
There will be an information session on the application on November 9, 2017 from 4 – 8 p.m. at Oakpark Church. We hope to see you there!
